·	If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.
·	If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
·	We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.
